Baotou Steel's API coil first exported to Turkey

With ultra-low sulfur, ultra-low phosphorus, good welding performance and excellent low-temperature impact resistance, a few days ago, Baotou Steel's 32,000 tons of X65M API coil successfully won the bid for the Sakarya gas field pipeline transportation project in Turkey's Black Sea, marking the first export of Baotou Steel's products to Turkey.
The Sakarya gas field is the largest natural gas field ever discovered in Turkey. In June 2022, Turkey laid a gas pipeline connecting its Black Sea energy base with onshore facilities in the Sakarya gas field, which will transport 10 million cubic meters of natural gas per day from the Sakarya gas field in the Black Sea to Turkey's national power transmission system. With excellent quality and good user reputation in overseas markets in recent years, Baotou API products stand out in the fierce competition, and finally signed a 32,000-ton X65M API coil contract, all products are planned to be shipped from Tianjin Port to Turkey at the end of May in 2023.
Following the development of overseas high-end markets such as Saudi Water Group and Aramco, Baotou Steel's API products have once again going abroad, continuously enhancing the influence of Baotou Steel's products in the international market.
